How do I Switch?
The Competition Commission’s Order took effect on 13 April 2009 making it quick, easy and free for Domestic Bulk LPG users to change supplier every two years and seek out the most competitive price on the market:
- If you have been in your current contract for two years or more you are eligible to change supplier;
- You don’t need to change your tank – your existing supplier is obliged to sell the tank to your chosen supplier
- The whole process takes no longer than 28 days (average of 14 days to complete); and
